Kathleen “Kay” H. Smith, 91, beloved wife of the late Carlton R. Smith, of East Windsor, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015. She was born July 11, 1924 in Winterport, ME, daughter of Eugene and Daisy (Arbuckle) Hamm. She worked over 20 years at Riverside Healthcare in East Hartford. She is survived by her children Eugene Achorn of FL, David Smith and his wife Leona of East Hartford, Dennis Smith and his wife Karin of Silver Springs, FL, Owen Smith of Belfast, ME, and Roger Smith and his wife Beverly of Searsport, ME. She also leaves her siblings Carlene Carraro of New Haven, Jeanne Howard of Searsport, ME, Raymond and Lloyd Hamm both of Belfast, ME, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, her aunt Marjorie Wadleigh of MA. She was predeceased by her son Carlton R. Smith, Jr., her siblings Muriel Schiappa, Christine Wheeler, Ethel Beverage, Dorothy Dyer, Anne Matthews, Celia Small, Carl, Rudolph, and William Hamm.
