June D. (Peron) Tracey, 78, of Tolland, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great aunt and friend passed away on Sunday July 12th at St. Francis Hospital surrounded by her devoted family. She was born on June 12, 1937 in the Bronx, NY. She married at 19 and traveled the United States with her sweetheart before settling in CT, which she adored. She is survived by the love of her life, Patrick M. Tracey, whom she was married to for 59 years. She is also survived by her four treasured sons, Michael P. Tracey and his wife Gayle of Middletown; Dennis G. Tracey and his wife Tracey of Granby; Brian A. Tracey of Hornell, NY; and Patrick S. Tracey and his wife Sarah of Westborough, MA. She was a loving grandmother to her treasured grandchildren Ryan, Alex, Sarah, Brendan, Samantha, Patrick, Brigid and Sean. She is survived by her sister Lorraine Donagher and her husband Seamus of Bloomfield; as well as her sister-in-law Kay Tracey of Windsor and her brother-in-law Nick Gravina of St. Petersburgh, FL. She is predeceased by her father George Peron from Tressino, Italy and her mother Helen Maloney Peron from County Mayo, Ireland; as well as her sisters Carolyn Gravina and Diane Bridgwood. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. She will especially be missed by her many many friends.

To June, family was everything. She was a devoted Catholic and member of Saint Matthew Church for nearly 50 years, of which she was an active volunteer with the parish ministry and also taught CCD classes. June loved to travel, read and dance. She was kind, generous, beautiful, thoughtful and devoted to all whom she loved. Her love story to her dearest Paddy is unrivaled and awe inspiring. June could instantly light up a room and she will be missed by so very many.
