Alphonse C. Veilleux, 76, of Vernon, beloved husband to Joan (Urbanik) Veilleux, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 with his family by his side. He was born August 4, 1941 in Lewiston, Me to the late Alphonse and Albertine (Legare) Veilleux. He formerly volunteered with both the Kidney and American Heart Association, was an avid reader and proudly served on the Ethics Committee for Hartford Hospital and Rockville General Hospital. He was a member of the Professional Photographers Association and the President of the Curmudgeon Society. Al retired from Lockheed-Martin in Florida as a Computer Analyst as well as running his own photographer studio for years. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children; Charles Veilleux and his wife Jodie, Annette Veilleux, and Michael Veilleux and his wife Aneta, his grandchildren; Jason, Justin , Stephanie , Xanth , Amarah and Ashley, his great-grandchildren; Zayla, Kaylin and Miles.
