Carol A. (Spencer) Aubin, 60, of Coventry, beloved wife of 41 years to Richard C. Aubin passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 26, 2015. She was born in Hartford on June 16, 1955, the daughter of the late Frank E. Jr. and Mary (Franklin) Spencer. Besides her adoring husband, she is survived by her cherished children, her daughter; Melissa Aubin and her son; Timothy Aubin, her granddaughter; Cassidy Dory, her brother; Frank E. Spencer III, and two sisters; Mary (Spencer) Church and her husband Richard, Linda (Spencer) Avens. Carol is also survived by her mother- in-law; Ethel Aubin, her sister-in-law; Joyce Munsell and her husband Stephen. Her nieces; Shannon (Munsell) Saucier and her husband Justin and their son Silas, Amber Munsell, her nephews; Christopher Church and his wife Blenda, Justin Church, Michael Avens and his wife Becky, and Kevin Avens, as well as countless friends. Carol was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed to crochet, was a wonderful cook, and she made time for everyone. Carol was a lifelong member of the First Congregational Church of Coventry, where she proudly volunteered at the thrift store every Monday. She was the owner and operator of Lee’s Beauty Nook for 34 years, where her clients were her family and she loved every one. She will be deeply missed. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the Family for calling hours on Friday December 4, 2015 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Coventry-Pietras Funeral Home 2665 Boston Tnpk(RT44) Coventry, CT 06238. A Church Service will take place at the First Congregational Church 1171 Main Street Coventry at 10AM on Saturday, December 5, 2015. (Meet at Church) Burial at New Coventry Cementry.
